“ This is a real treat in every sense - it’s my third time going, every single time has been a very special experience, and I will absolutely come back (even though it’s a bit of an expense, it’s definitely worth it, in my opinion, for the quality and experience). The food is incredible - I’ve never tasted anything quite like it - so clever and surprising. And every time has been the same, so it’s very consistently good. The atmosphere and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming and it feels accessible to all kinds of people. I especially loved getting one soft and one alcoholic pairing this time and splitting it between the two of us - both were very well chosen to pair with the food and the soft pairing was surprisingly delicious and unusual - really added to the experience. “ Dining at Vanderlyle is an amazing experience and such a privilege. My partner and I have been 4 times in the last 7 months, and every time we are blown away by the food, atmosphere, and service. We have celebrated our 30th birthdays and our engagement here at the pass, as well as dining during the changing seasons to experience the seasonal menus. I cannot fault this place - the food is absolutely unbelievable: the menu is so creative, and whether it’s something completely novel or something you’ve had before, every bite feels like the best version you’ve tasted of what’s on the plate. We plan to keep coming at least once a quarter to try the seasonal menu, but make sure you set your alarm for a table as they sell out fast! Our favourite restaurant ever! ”

I am gluten free and they accommodate my dietary requirements well, providing a gf menu that either closely mirrors or is identical to the regular non-gf menu with absolutely no fuss.
